Well team hacking isn't always a delegation thing. It's not like you have a manager that tells people what to do. It often times doesn't have a leader. There is, however, almost always an IRC room involved. You get together, start saying some ideas, try 'em out as long as they don't interfere with your other teammates, etc.

Semi: I guess we can't make an IRC client in FALSE then, huh? :-P

Naw, an IRC client would be fun. Something of that scale, though, would require people to use a language such as Objective-C (yikes, I'm scared) which might scare people away. Or it could make it too easy for more advanced programmers, if we did it in REALBasic, for example.

I must say I'm partial to my lectures idea. I understand that not all people are open to sharing thoughts and teaching noobs like I am, but I do know for a fact that there's a lot of knowledge here at TSF. Having people give lectures would help STK, and get the IRC channel alive.
