this is the scenario of my problem:

there are pictures of me that I want to delete  from a macbook pro and iphone

The owner of the Macbook also has an iphone and an ipad. The Macbook is 3-4years old.

Iphone: He has icloud and he synchronized his iphone to the computer so the pictures are on an album on iphone but cannot be deleted via the phone. As far as I know this can only be deleted via itunes. He has a password for all his electronics and he also uses dropbox and icloud for backup.

Macbook: I have read about how to hack into a mac, but I can only find information on how to reset the password for Mac. Because we are living in the same house, he will understand that I had something to do with changing the password. Unless I can access folders via the new account that is created when booting into the single user mode.

are there files that can be sent via email/ via USB or through the WIFI that can generate his password to enter the laptop. files that can track what he types in in order to retrieve a password?

or any suggestions as what to do???

Thank you very much for taking time to read this and please help me, I am lost!

In our country "The Netherlands" is there an law that says.

Article 21 AW: If you make a picture of someone without permission you need to delete that.
